"CheViaggi!" will process your personal data in compliance with EU Regulation no. 2016/679 and of the national legislation on the protection of personal data (hereinafter "Privacy legislation").

The Data Controller intends to provide, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 13 of the Privacy Law, some information on the processing of personal data relating to the user or navigator ("interested") which could be communicated while browsing this website (hereinafter "Site").

Exclusively for the purposes specified above, all the data collected and processed may be communicated to persons authorized internally to process them according to their respective duties, as well as to external subjects to whom it is necessary to communicate the data (e.g. tax services companies, IT services, competent public subjects and authorities for the fulfillment of regulatory obligations or for ascertaining responsibility in the event of IT crimes against the Site).

These recipients, should they process data on behalf of the Company, will be designated as data processors with a specific contract or other legal act.

Your personal data will not be transferred to non-European third countries.

The user has the right (see articles 15 -22 of the GDPR) to ask the Data Controller to access their personal data and to correct them if inaccurate, to cancel them or limit their processing if the conditions are met, as well as to obtain portability of the data provided only if subject to an automated treatment based on consent or on the contract, as well as to oppose for reasons related to one's particular situation and in any case for direct marketing.

The user also has the right to revoke the consent given for the processing purposes that require it, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to the moment of revocation. The user also has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority on the matter, the Guarantor for the protection of personal data.
